Design-Build. What is it? How does it work? Why does it work? Simply put, design-build fosters a collaborative approach to construction; not a confrontational approach. Everybody is on the same page, literally, from day one. This means that the design professional(s), contractor, tenant, tenant’s vendors, City agencies, etc. are ALL in the know from the beginning of the project.
