Retail and office tenant improvement projects require a higher level of knowledge and care.  We know how to do that.  For example, subcontractors, consultants and vendors need to wipe their feet on our walk off mats for cleanliness, etc.  We also have to use elevator pads when delivering materials. Common areas cannot be impacted by construction.  For your sake and ours.

These kinds of details enable us to not disturb adjacent tenants and their day-to-day operations.  Similarly, a higher level of security, access and notifications usually are required in office and retail projects.  Much more so than a vacant warehouse, for example.
