In addition to our construction and remodeling expertise, Doyle Construction also has a highly skilled Service Department staff that is on call and ready to handle all of your service and maintenance needs – commercial and residential. No job is too big or too small. We do it all. Calls from property owners, managers or tenants are dispatched directly to our service manager, Francisco "Willy" Solorio. Our capabilities include:
n Lighting: Replace lights, ballasts, burned-out or flickering lights. Repair, replace, clean or upgrade existing light fixtures or install new ones.
n Plumbing: Unclog toilets, urinals, sinks, showers and floor drains. Repair, replace and install toilets, sinks, faucets, showerheads, water heaters, dishwashers, and refrigerator icemakers to existing water and drain lines.
n Electrical: Install, remove, relocate light fixtures, wall switches, outlets, doorbells, motion sensors and more.
n Trash Removal and Disposal: Includes heavy trash pick up and hauling to disposal site or materials such as pallets, refrigerators, wood or paper waste, and wet garbage.
n Miscellaneous Carpentry: Hang projector screens, shelves, etc.; Dismantle/relocate office furniture, as required.
